The VOL Supported Ag Share program is not offering shares for 2023. We are re-evaluating the program in light of staffing changes and hope to return soon!

The 20-week season is scheduled to begin in May 2022 and end in October 2022. The membership cost is $700 at sign-up or four monthly installments of $180 each ($720 total). The first payment is due at sign-up. All fees collected go directly back into the VSA program. They are used to help us purchase seeds and supplies and provide stipends for our student interns. In return for pledging your support as a member, you will receive a weekly box of a variety of fresh produce and other goodies grown by our team of student interns at the UT Organic Farm located in South Knoxville.
We grow a wide variety of seasonal produce. During the early part of the season, you can expect to receive kale, cabbage, green onions, lettuce, carrots, radishes, broccoli, turnips, etc. As the season progresses into summer, you can expect many main-season favorites: summer squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, fresh herbs, beans, garlic, onions, and more! We also include fresh herbs and flowers whenever possible.
Pick-up is held in the UT Gardens Visitor Parking behind the Vet School (parking lot C4) on the UT Ag Campus from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays. Members select their preferred pick-up day at sign-up. If you need to change your pick-up day, whether temporarily or permanently, we require a notice of one week.
